Divine Soliloquy

In Farsi Sufi traditions there is a poetic tradition of eloquent monologue in front of one’s Lord to attain the heights of beauty.

These are not prayers like “God give me this or that” these are personal and intimate conversations between the lover and the Beloved.

Ansaari is famed for some the most sensual and beautiful soliloquy, which has lasted over 1000 years in the collective memory of most Sufi travelers.

Breeze of Creation
The Unloved & Untraveled
The Most Ugly
At the End of Her Gaze
The Fallen Jewel
Loveless
